Corporate Finance

We are able to provide both within our own office and through our other contacts, Corporate Finance assistants and at present we have one client listed on the AIM Market as a direct result of this.  We obviously deal with more modest amounts of capital to be raised and we have considerable experience in negotiating such matters with the local Banks.

Business Support

Some of our clients require us to assist in a more direct manner and for them we maintain their own accounting records either in simplistic or much more complicated form, including Management Accounts, VAT Returns and day-to-day financial advice.  We also provide support at a distance for those clients with complicated accounting issues, particularly those associated with computerised accounting.  Many of our clients do not wish to carry out their payroll calculations themselves and we have a team set aside for this purpose.

Due Diligence

Leading on from our expertise in Auditing, we have been asked to carry out a series of Due Diligence exercises both for existing clients and for companies and organisations who would like a fresh opinion on a particular issue.  This is useful to businesses who may be audited by the ‘Big Four’ but for more minor acquisitions (at least to them) would like a review to be carried out at less expensive rates.
